We’re actively seeking Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers in our Maintenance, Structures, and Avionics departments to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Avionics equipment testing, troubleshooting, and installations.
  • Update aircraft records and drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.
  • Responsible for the completion of assigned tasks, documenting defect findings, defect rectification and technical entries.
  • Ensure quality by following standard workflow and process instructions.
  • Promote an active safety culture.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Transport Canada AME Licence Category E, or 5 years of Avionics experience.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD.
  • Conscientious, thorough, accurate and reliable when completing job tasks.
  • Pride yourself on being focused, detail oriented, along with having good problem-solving and critical path thinking skills.
  • Able to work effectively on own, and within a team.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills (English).
  • Must have reliable form of transportation to Springbank Airport.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out maintenance on aircraft in accordance with approved standards of airworthiness, company maintenance or customer policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the completion of assigned tasks, documenting defect findings, defect rectification and technical entries.
  • Responsible to assist with the training, guidance and mentoring of learners and junior staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining an efficient, safe, organized, and productive work environment.
    Be eligible for aircraft certifying authority and perform all requirements needed to hold an ACA.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, task cards and CARs requirements for technical entries.
  • Willingness to travel for maintenance support is an asset.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Transport Canada AME license category M1 with the ability to hold an ACA
  • Must possess strong troubleshooting and time management skills.
  • Must have strong verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Must have reliable form of transportation to Springbank Airport.

Duties & Responsibilities:    

  • The Inspection of aircraft structures in accordance with Service Bulletins, AD’s and aircraft manuals.
  • Inspection and assessment of corrosion and damage to aircraft structures.
  • The design and layout of a structural repair manual (SRM) repair with minimal assistance.
  • Construction and set up of jigs and fixtures
  • Source appropriate calibrated tooling for task completion.
  • Complete all general repairs, such as;
    • Sealant of metal and composite surfaces
    • Installation of fasteners
    • Treatment of metals and corrosion
    • Assembly and fitting of parts
    • Repair, replace, and modify metal alloy and composite structures
    • Fabrication of sheet metal parts
    • Ability to source and use correct composite materials for bonding a fastener or simple repair
    • Understanding of aircraft fastener codes and uses/installations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Aviation College Course Certificate.
  • Valid Transport Canada AME license ‘S’ category, or 5 years of Aircraft Structures experience.
  • Experience with DHC-6 aircraft an asset.
  • Must have strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Must have reliable form of transportation to Springbank Airport.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally for work related matters is an asset.
